Joseph Harris is a British Agent. He is naturally Scottish, however he knows many languages with Perfect Accents. His equipment includes a Bag, containing a Fake ID (depending on his impersonating Identity), Shades with hidden mirrors on the side, and a Silenced Colt. His specialties are Spying and Spec. Ops. When not on the job, he is very sarcastic.
