List of custom weapons used in war.
Custom M1912 Trenchgun.
A bayonet lug on the end to affix an M1917 bayonet on. A larger slug-capcity of 8 instead of 6. Having a better muzzle velocity for more damage. Using a 12 gauge slug. A shorter barrel for better portability. An easier slide for the pump allows a slighty faster rate of fire. Iron sights give this shotgun a good aim. A shoulder sling allows this to be carried on the shoulder.
Custom Gewehr 43. Parts taken from Frunze's bio.
"This rifle features a studier scope, a bigger magazine, a non-detachable bayonet, mount for a muzzle-grenade, a carbine version, deeper grips, a shoulder sling and a longer barrel." The carbine version simply means the gun is shorter, yet the barrel has been made longer. It's still about the same size. The bayonet lug happens to get in the way yet in melee fights it helps greatly.
Custom Lewis Gun
This Lewis Gun offers a longer barrel for more accuracy, a double-deck drum magazine holding 97 rounds. Bringing the muzzle velocity up to 2,500 feet per second and using a .30-06 Springfield round, this Lewis Gun is much more deadly. Topping our rates of fire from 600-700. This machinegun needed a better bipod. Using small clips to dig into the dirt to keep this gun down while suppressing.
Custom M24 Grenade
The Geballte Ladung (balled charge) was a number of M24 stick grenades wired together. The one in the middle kept it's handle while the rest were stripped of their's. When cooked the center grenade would explode and set the rest off. Making the blast much larger than one single one. Geballte Ladungs wer used to take out Shermans and Stewarts by Panzergrenadiers. If not wired properly together they may come apart and not explode.
Custom M24 AT Mines.
Like the Geballte Ladung's you can remove the stick from the grenade. If you dig a small hole in the dirt and put a grenade-head into it, slightly sticking out, it becomes a perfect Anti-Tank mine. Not so much for Anti-Person mine. It may work as long as it is covered well and the person doesn't look down. Yet it does work better against tanks.
